So, I write to you after a year or so. A promise made to update more regularly I made.
Ok, I lied. It has been a while, but as I watch George Burns and Gracie Allen on their show for the millionth time and smoke a few cigars in bed, I realize a blog has been neglected! HOW DARE I!
So, I return to you, humble readers (Where ever you might be) and hope we can rekindle a spirit of love.
Since your last reading, I was a cigar smoker. And I still am, as I write I have a MC White Label 5x50 in my mouth. It is a bit sour and dry, since my humidor was never cared for.
I would like to fill you all in on my life since 2011! I started working in Beacon, NY for a instrument repair and shop owner. I worked at this for quite some time, and in that span became a Pipe Smoker, and rekindled my love with Teaching and Skiing. I obtained certification through the PSIA (www.TheSnowPros.com.....i think) and am full time in the winters as a lead instructor in their childrens program at Belleayre Mountain.
I now live in Beacon, NY where I am gainfully employed in Kingston as Sears. I work the Tools Lawn Garden and Fitness section of the store and am displeased with the choice of job. It pays the bills....barely.
I hope to acquire some better cigars here in the future, and continue on my quest of tastings, however Pipes have taken over.
Currently I have quite a few pipes ranging from Peterson System pipe to a Nording to a Boswell and even a GIO pipe from Canada (to arrive this week or next).
Lets hope I keep my promise to update regularly and keep in touch.
To all a good evening.
BRAD
